1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website sorastudioagency.com, or contracting the photography, videography, post-production, or digital marketing services of Sora Studio Agency, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services or website.

2. Creative Services & Bookings

All client bookings for commercial shoots, events, portraits, or post-production video editing projects are subject to individual written contracts. Key terms include:

• Retainer & Deposit: A deposit or retainer is required to secure project dates. This booking deposit is non-refundable unless specified otherwise in writing.
• Cancellations: Clients must request cancellations or rescheduling at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled visual shoot.
• Deliverables: We deliver edited visual assets according to the formats, resolutions, and schedules established in the client creative brief. Raw unedited files remain the sole property of Sora Studio Agency unless explicitly purchased.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless stated otherwise in writing, Sora Studio Agency retains full copyright ownership of all raw and edited visual assets (including photography and videography products) captured by our team. Clients receive a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use, publish, and showcase the finalized deliverables for their personal or commercial branding purposes. Unauthorized redistribution, resale, or sublicensing is strictly prohibited.

4. User Content & Contact Forms

You represent that all information submitted through our contact forms is truthful and accurate. You are solely responsible for ensuring that any message or project brief you submit to Sora Studio Agency does not violate the copyright or privacy rights of any third party.

5. Limitation of Liability

Sora Studio Agency is not liable for any delays or visual shoot cancellations resulting from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including extreme weather conditions, government restrictions, medical emergencies, power outtages, or equipment failures. In all cases, our maximum aggregate liability is limited strictly to the amount paid by the client for the specific service in dispute.

6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any project-specific contracts are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the **Kingdom of Morocco**. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Morocco.
